The exclusive, patented wooden wick of our Pluswick Innovation candles creates the sound of a crackling fire. Wicks are handcrafted for each individual candle and produce a generous wax pool with a fast fragrance release.

The Trilogy Candle allows you to enjoy three harmonious fragrances and the soothing sound of a crackling wooden wick. Each layer of wax contains a different fragrance that compliments the next so as the candle burns, each fragrance melts into the next, creating a unique new scent.

Our fragrance curators have layered the scents of Sagewood & Seagrass, Seaside Neroli, and Vanilla & Sea Salt for a fresh, coastal feel. Fragrance layers, top to bottom:

Sagewood & Seagrass: An airy yet complex combination of crisp citrus, ocean minerals, and white sage notes.

Seaside Neroli: Cool, salty seaside air perfumed by neroli blossoms and mandarin.

You can arrange the collection of your order from our showroom/warehouse in Campbelltown NSW. We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up.


We always try our best to dispatch within 3-5 working days, however, orders may take up to 15 days to be dispatched in certain cases.

Unwanted Smoke:


Is your flame dancing? When a flame flickers too much; it can produce unwanted smoke which can be caused by a wick that's too long or a breeze.

To ensure a clean burn, extinguish your candle using one of our candle snuffers, trim the wick to 3mm using our wick trimmers and finally make sure it isn’t in direct line of any air currents – then simply relight and enjoy. You can find these everyday candle care products online and in store.


Tunnelling & Candle Memory: 


To prevent tunnelling and memory rings; the first burn of your candle is the most important! To ensure you get an even and clean burn throughout your candle’s life - burn your candle for 30 minutes for every 1cm in diameter, so for example a large jar is approximately 8cm in diameter, so we would recommend to burn it for at least 4 hours to ensure the first layer of wax melts to the edge of the candle before you extinguish it.


When to Stop Burning:


When there is approximately 1cm of wax remaining at the bottom of your jar candle, we recommend this is where you should discontinue its use as the flame nears the base of the glass it can get very hot – by doing this you will avoid possible heat damage that can be caused to surfaces or the container.
